3. Scope of Services

We offer the following maritime services:

  • Cargo Hold Cleaning: Provided under “no cure, no pay” agreements. Payment is contingent upon successful completion of the service as per agreed standards.

  • Maritime Consulting: Services are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, with costs and deliverables formalized in written contracts.

  • Inspection and Repairs: Anchor and chain inspections, as well as repair services, are contract-based. Fees are determined by scope, duration, and resource requirements, with terms outlined in a formal agreement.

  • Port Logistics and Compliance: Advisory and operational services to optimize port logistics and ensure regulatory compliance are also contract-based.

Each service is subject to specific terms agreed upon in writing before commencement.

4. Contracts and Payments

For services requiring contracts:

  • Both parties must sign a written agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and cost.
  • Payment terms, including schedules and methods, will be detailed in the agreement.
  • For “no cure, no pay” services, payment is due only upon successful completion of the service.
